The Role This is an exciting time to join the V&A Technology Department. Technology is integral to the operation of the V&A and plays a fundamental role in enabling the Museum to achieve its strategic objectives. As the V&A continues to expand with 2 new museum openings and a reimagined Young V&A offering, it is looking to technology to enhance its visitor facing capabilities as well as evolve its working practices. We have embarked on a 5-year Technology Transformation Programme to underpin these ambitions and this role is key to the successful delivery of this cloud-first initiative.

This role acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all initiatives relating to the Microsoft business-application technology products.
