The role: We are seeking a driven and positive individual to join our team as a People and Talent Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation by attracting and retaining top talent, alongside other people ops responsibilities. This is a junior / entry level role.

Job requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues. A strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility for the outcomes of their decisions and actions. They should be comfortable making tough calls and holding themselves accountable for project performance. Proactivity : We need someone who doesn't wait for problems to arise but actively seeks out potential challenges and takes initiative to address them. A forward-thinking mindset and a drive for continuous improvement are essential.
