The role - Checkout.com is looking for a Data Science Payments Consultant to craft an all-encompassing payments strategy tailored specifically for our Tier-1 merchants. You will be the main point of contact for a merchant regarding their payment performance, playing a critical role in defining, delivering and building tools for the right insights to showcase the value of our optimal payment strategies. You will work closely with Payment Performance engineers and data scientists leveraging cutting-edge technology and data insights as well as collaborating regularly with other teams and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities and drive merchant performance improvements.
Job requirements - 2+ years in an analytical role either at a Fintech or Consultancy, using analysis to make business recommendations. Data driven approach, by clearly defining success metrics and measuring progress against them. SQL / Python knowledge to extract & analyse large data from our Data Warehouse. Good knowledge of today’s major e-commerce and payments technologies and trends. Customer driven and able to establish robust relationship with assigned customer base.
