The role entails developing, implementing, and managing compliance policies and ensuring effective oversight across our global operations. This involves working closely with various departments to ensure that our compliance policies are robust, current, and effectively integrated into our business practices.
Job requirements include extensive experience in compliance policy development and oversight, preferably within the payments or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance policies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High ethical standards and integrity.
