The Role As a Process & Continual Improvement Engineer, you will be part of the Operational Excellence Team. Your main aim is to increase operational efficiency, reduce customer contact, and remove pain points for both customers and agents. You will lead process mapping workshops, document process maps, conduct root cause analysis, develop and implement strategies for improvement, monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements, and lead process optimisation projects.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have Process Mapping expertise, recognised accreditations (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above), and domain knowledge (ideally Insurance or Financial Services), with a strong background in process, system and workflow improvements. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, and effective communication skills.
