The Youth Voice Network team are dedicated to listening to young people with varied experiences and proactively seeking out the voices of underrepresented groups. We ensure they have the tools, encouragement and platforms to meaningfully influence leaders and decisions that affect them and their mental health on a national and local level. We take a rights-based approach, empowering young people to have their voices heard and to make lasting impact in their communities.
The role As the Young People Influence and Participation Manager, you will manage the Youth Voice Network team and work with the wider Young People Mental Health Equity team to drive the organisation forward in our ambitions to become an influential advocate for young people's rights, supporting young people with a focus on trauma and create more opportunities for young people to lead our work.
