The British Museum is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to lead the creation, development, and delivery of a diverse range of programs for schools, families, and young audiences. You will be joining a dedicated learning team providing inclusive, immersive, and inspiring engagement programs for over 475,000 UK and international students and over 3 million multi-generational family visitors each year. Key areas of responsibility include Program Development, Project Management, Collaborative Work, Evaluation, Team Support, and Stakeholder Engagement. You will have relevant experience in a cultural learning setting or similar role with proven ability to develop and deliver creative programs for diverse learning audiences. To excel in this role, you will need strong project management and organisational skills alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In addition, you will have experience of working with audiences from disadvantaged backgrounds and have a working knowledge of safeguarding children as well as current national curriculum trends. You’ll also be competent in using Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based applications.
