- Role Summary:

- 3+ years experience with statistical software (Stata, R, or Advanced Excel).

- Expertise in experimental designs in rural agriculture or agroforestry.
- Fluency in French is necessary for professional or native communication.

The Role As the DRC Research and Data Lead at One Acre Fund, you'll spearhead strategic Data, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning projects that directly improve our operations and farmers' success. You'll work with modern technology to derive actionable insights that shape program design and influence organizational strategy. You will offer a unique blend of hands-on field experience and high-level strategic thinking, allowing you to oversee agricultural research trials while also collaborating with country leadership and global teams. You will report to the Senior MEL Regional Manager.
Job Requirements 3+ years of experience working with statistical software (e.g. Stata, R, or Advanced Excel) and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets. Experience in quantitative and qualitative research tools, implementing evaluations, designing data collection tools, statistical data analysis, and reporting. Knowledge of evaluation concepts and mastery of experimental and quasi-experimental evaluation designs in rural agricultural and/or agroforestry contexts Quantitative data skills and conduct analysis such as regressions, propensity score matching, difference in difference design Professional or native Fluency in French
