About the Role We are looking for a Product Owner to lead one of our Tech Platforms teams. As a Product Owner, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to define and manage the roadmaps for your platform, design, building and rolling-out new features that deliver the organization's vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities • Work within an Agile software development framework and team setting including UX designers, developers, and QA. • Design, develop and manage activities from product definition & planning to production and release • Develop the product strategy and roadmap • Collect, define, and translate business requirements into clear and concise specifications for the Business Analysts and/or team • Manage prioritization across multiple projects and workstreams, communicate timelines clearly and guide roadmap planning. • Understand how the business strategy relates to product strategy and execution. • Understand both business and technology requirements, serving as a conduit between stakeholders, sales, marketing, compliance, design, operations, and technology teams.

Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis or client solution roles • Knowledge and experience with agile development, and good technical mindset and understanding required • Excellent oral and written communication, planning, and analytical skills • Self-directed and detail-oriented • Relevant background in software engineering or work in a technical environment • Working knowledge of front-end and back-end development and the design limitations and capabilities of both • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes • Exhibit strong problem solving and prioritization skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
