What will you be doing?
We are looking for volunteers to assist us with our Administration and Operations tasks. We have a lot going on at the minute, so aside from our general enquiries, there are specific projects you can get involved with. This includes our work with young people and community members through workshops, projects, mentoring and community social events. You should have good organisational skills, attention to detail and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working as part of a small team you’ll need to be flexible and able to multitask.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in:
Using Microsoft Office including Excel trackers and Sharepoint drives Previous administration experience and/or operation roles Extremely good written communication Confident and comfortable conversing via email and phone calls Very organised and detail oriented Uses initiative and is proactive
