The Role: As Store Manager, you will lead one of our flagship Mary's Living & Giving stores. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Chiswick store, ensuring it meets its commercial goals while maintaining a unique, community-focused shopping experience. You will lead a team of about 40 volunteers, maintaining their engagement and evolving the store's offerings to reflect local trends and align with other MLG stores.
Job Requirements: - Proven leadership experience in retail or charity retail. - Strong sense of fashion retailing. - Commercial awareness and experience working to sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Flexible, positive, and resilient approach. - Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission, and values.
