The role entails supporting and driving core learning and development activities within our People Team. This role will sit within our new People Products team which is focused on building innovative people programs, initiatives and services that put employee experience at the heart. You will be responsible for optimising our talent and Learning and Development (L&D) processes, implementing and managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of talent operations.

Job requirements include experience in a Talent Operations, L&D or HR Generalist role, proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ATS, LMS, HRIS) and strong data management skills, demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights, exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and strong team player with the ability to build relationships up and down the organisation.
