Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of program management or delivery experience within product-driven organizations.
  • Proven capability in leading cross-departmental projects in fast-paced global companies.
  • Proficiency in software delivery lifecycle, change management, and methodologies such as Agile and SAFe.
  • A background in delivering payment products across various regions is ideal.

The Role Product PMO (Program Management Office) is a strategic partner for Product and the rest of the organization in orchestrating a framework of cross functional delivery processes and program management whose ultimate goal is the successful enablement of the product roadmap and the overall company’s OKRs. This Senior Program Manager role will report into Product PMO and is going to be part of the Card Payments Processing (CPP) leadership team (together with leaders from Product and Engineering), and be responsible for enabling the launch of the cards processing portfolio in alignment with company OKRs.

Job Requirements You have at least 5 years of program management or delivery experience within Product led organizations who delivered, ideally, Payments products in multiple regions. You have hands on experience of leading cross-department projects within fast-growing global organizations, leading projects end-to-end, and ensuring continuous improvement. You have a good understanding of various methodologies of software delivery lifecycle and change management, ideally Agile and SAFe.
