Foodsteps, a pioneering company in food sustainability, is inviting a passionate Demand Generation Manager to bolster our efforts in making the food industry eco-friendlier. Since our inception in 2019 and our recent acquisition by Registrar Corp in 2024, we've been on a fast track to enable food services and manufacturers to measure, reduce, and communicate their environmental impact with our state-of-the-art platform and expertise.

  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies to meet pipeline objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder, sales, and customer success teams to build trust and foster accountability.
  • 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication, project management skills, and proficiency in Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • A growth mindset, positive attitude, and a deep interest in Climate-tech.

About the role We’re looking for our founding Demand Generation Manager to join our mission-driven team. You’ll be responsible for driving our inbound engine and managing a variety of activities to attract leads and achieve pipeline targets. You’ll be a key partner to our founder, sales, and customer success teams, responsible for building strong relationships rooted in trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Our specialised food sustainability platform and in-house experts provide instant access to industry-leading data and insights that food services companies and food manufacturers can trust to accurately measure, reduce and report their environmental impact. Job requirements Required experience and skills: 3- 5 years experience working in B2B digital marketing in a startup environment. Clear written and verbal communication are essential, in addition to meticulous project management. Proficiency of Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics. Growth mindset, positive attitude and curiosity! Passion for Climate-tech and the potential it brings.
