Role Summary

The role: As an Interim People Operations Specialist, you will support the operational employee lifecycle across EMEA. This includes onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, time and absence tracking, and payroll input coordination. You will ensure accurate and compliant execution of core HR operational processes, delivering a seamless employee experience in collaboration with the broader People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Payroll teams.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a good understanding of compliant HRIS administration, payroll and benefits administration, and HRIS systems like Workday. You should have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and documentation and process improvement capabilities.
