Role Summary

  • Be the heart of our internal communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Input into the creation of internal communication content and ensure its seamless execution.

Role Requirements

  • Between 2 to 3 years' experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or organizational communication is desirable.
  • Aptitude for curating content and managing multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Deep connection to Patagonia's purpose with outstanding storytelling, verbal and written communication skills.
  • An appreciation for the outdoors is beneficial.

The role: As the Internal Communications Partner, you will be the backbone of our internal communications and engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities include the seamless execution of internal comms content creation, managing multi-channel communication initiatives, and coordinating internal events and engagement to connect our employee community to our day-to-day activities and broader purpose.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years' experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or organizational communication. You should have a strong ability to curate content, manage multi-channel communication strategies, and execute internal communications seamlessly. A deep connection to Patagonia's purpose and values is crucial, along with strong storytelling, verbal and written communication skills, and a love for the outdoors.
