The role: As an Office / Co-Working Manager based in Berlin, you will be responsible for maintaining the everyday operations of our office. This includes office organization and maintenance, ensuring the space is welcoming, coordinating with cleaning services, and managing material and supply inventories. Additionally, you will coordinate our coworking space, manage contracts, and be the main point of contact for workstation and device queries. This position requires 30 hours per week with fixed working hours and is an on-site role with no remote work options.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should be self-managed, have a structured way of working, and possess a friendly, service-oriented manner. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality are crucial. Proficiency in English and German, as well as familiarity with digital tools like Google Workspace and Slack, is required. Previous experience in office management and basic knowledge of budgeting or supplier management are valued.
