The Role: We're hiring a Senior Content Specialist. Your job is to create consistently high-engagement content that people actively want to read, share, and return to. By engagement, we mean content that is actively read, reused, referenced, or shared by brokers, partners, or internal teams. You'll own the execution of these standout content pieces across formats, with a sharp focus on clarity, relevance, and audience pull. This is a hands-on execution role. Success comes from shipping excellent content, not from owning systems, strategy, or team-level outcomes. You'll work with the Content Lead to turn briefs into finished work that earns attention and gets used. You will use AI as a production accelerator to maintain high throughput without sacrificing craft. We expect you to ship consistently, adapt content across formats, and translate complex energy concepts into simple, credible explanations that our partners actually reuse and genuinely connects with our generators and businesses. This role is about delivery and engagement craft. You will be reliable, focused, and easy to work with, producing content that shows up in how it gets used, not in proxy metrics.
Requirements: Must haves 2-5 years content marketing experience, ideally B2B SaaS or tech. Strong writing ability as primary skill: this is non-negotiable. Demonstrated ability to create visual content (social graphics, basic video editing, motion graphics, or similar). Proven AI tool proficiency with specific workflow examples showing how you use AI to accelerate production. Track record of consistent output. Be ready to share weekly volume numbers from past roles. Ability to translate technical or complex topics into clear, engaging content. Experience maintaining publishing cadence and personal accountability for delivery. Portfolio demonstrating regular publishing rhythm, not just polished one-offs.
