Role Summary

Role Requirements

- Experience with experimentation and advanced statistical methods, as well as statistical programming languages like R or Python.

The role: As a Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of data analysts to support the diverse needs of the Analytics team, focusing on user and subscription growth. You will drive strategic analytics initiatives to improve the efficiency and impact of the growth of Runna's community and subscription product. Your responsibilities will include establishing a learning agenda, partnering with product, marketing, and business teams to design and interpret A/B tests, and conducting deep dive analyses to surface actionable insights.
Job requirements: Successful candidates will have at least 7 years of full-time experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative domains, and at least 3 years of experience leading high-functioning analytics teams. Proficiency with SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Omni are essential. Experience applying experimentation and advanced statistical methods, as well as hands-on experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python, are also required.
