Role Summary:

The role: As the Senior Director for People, Culture + Justice, you will be responsible for the EMEA people and organization strategy. This includes overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle to ensure effective, equitable, and compliant practices. You will work closely with the EMEA Leadership Team to translate business needs into people practices, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee experience. Your goal is to cultivate a vibrant culture and build long-term capabilities that support our mission to save our home planet.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in HR leadership, preferably in regional roles. You should possess humility, empathy, and courage, with expertise in executive business partnering, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in navigating diverse cultural, legal, and social contexts across EMEA is crucial.
