The Role: As the Face-to-Face Acquisition Manager, you will lead our face-to-face agency fundraising programs. This role involves managing a team to drive success, meeting and exceeding KPIs through effective stakeholder management. You will manage budget allocations across channels, lead compliance and safeguarding programs, and support our fundraiser engagement program to optimize performance. Your work will involve regular travel to various locations, although your primary office will be in Farringdon, London, requiring your presence approximately one day per week.
Job Requirements: Successful candidates will have experience in managing end-to-end face-to-face fundraising activities, task managing teams, and a deep understanding of the F2F landscape. You should also possess skills in designing training programs, managing budgets, and using data-driven insights for campaign improvement. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to our vision and values are essential.
