Role Summary: Ensure office efficiency and functionality during our move to a new London Bridge location. Assist with administrative tasks and support HR initiatives across MANUAL globally. Manage logistics and setup of the new office space, working autonomously and with a detail-oriented mindset. Collaborate closely with executive and People Team members.
Role Requirements: Proven office management experience in a dynamic setting. Proactive, initiative-taking attitude. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and maintain high standards. Influence and data leverage skills for senior stakeholder engagement. Design sensibility aligning with brand standards. Commitment to an office-based schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

ROLE DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to cover maternity leave during a key period for our company as we transition to a new office near London Bridge. As an integral part of our People Team, the Office Manager will focus on maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and functionality of our office space, while also assisting with various administrative tasks and facilitating HR initiatives across MANUAL globally. This role is crucial to ensure smooth daily operations and to manage the logistics and setup of our new office space. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. You will work closely with our CEO & Co-Founder, VP Finance and members of the People Team.
Job requirements Proven experience in office management or a related role in a dynamic environment. Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise requests efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards. Able to influence senior stakeholders leveraging data. A keen eye for design to ensure alignment with brand standards. This is an office-based role 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) on site from 8:30am - 5pm.
