What will you be doing?
Work with the Vicar and PCC (Trustees) to
Develop role profiles and person specifications Publicise volunteer opportunities, Promote volunteer adverts Shortlist applicants Safer recruitment Match potential volunteers to tasks as needed depending on skills, availability etc Appoint and check candidates (references, DBS) Support training and induction eg. Safeguarding, Food safety Co-ordinate rotas Answer queries

Written and verbal communication skills Organisation and attention to detail Recruitment and ideally people management Co-ordination and rota experience Interpersonal skills Ability to promote opportunities
