What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

UX Research and Design:

Conduct user research to understand the target audience and their needs. Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test the website's user interface and user experience. Collaborate with graphic designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive designs.

Website Development and CMS Management:

Develop the redesigned website using Wordpress CMS. Customize and integrate plugins, themes, and other necessary functionalities. Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across different devices and browsers.

Brand Identity and Visual Design:

Rebuild the brand identity of the two projects within the website design. Maintain consistency in visual elements, such as color schemes, typography, and graphics.

Collaboration and Content Optimization:

Work closely with content writers to create engaging and user-friendly text. Optimize website content for both UX and SEO purposes, ensuring effective communication of project information.

Website UX Audit and Optimization:

Conduct regular audits to evaluate the website's UX effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Implement design changes based on audit findings, striving for continuous enhancement of the user experience.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with expertise in UX/UI design. • Proficiency in Wordpress CMS and ability to customize and develop websites using its features. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles. • Familiarity with graphic design tools and ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers. • Understanding of UX research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines. • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with content writers and other team members. • Experience with website UX auditing and implementing design changes based on feedback.
