• Role Summary:
  • Oversee the entire loan process for artworks coming into the Serpentine gallery.
  • Produce detailed loan agreements and maintain clear communication with lenders and partner organizations.
  • Manage the transportation of artworks to and from the gallery, as well as to off-site storage locations.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements with lenders and partners are upheld and properly executed.
• Role Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling art logistics and managing contractual agreements.
