What will you be doing?
As the Quality Nominee at Active in Hope Community Foundation, you will be responsible for implementing and reviewing quality assurance procedures across all programmes. Acting as the primary contact for quality standards, you will conduct audits, ensure compliance, and support staff in maintaining high educational standards. Your role is key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within our foundation.
What are we looking for?
• Quality Assurance Knowledge: Understanding of quality assurance processes and standards within an educational setting. • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and review processes, identifying areas for improvement. • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency to maintain high standards across all programmes. • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work closely with staff, providing guidance and support in meeting quality standards. • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to address quality issues proactively and implement effective solutions. • Experience in Education or Quality Management: Previous experience in a quality assurance or educational role is preferred, ideally within a setting that aligns with the Foundation’s values and standards.
