Role Summary

This role is perfect for someone with experience in fashion or charity retail who is ready to lead a vibrant, fashion-conscious volunteer team.

The Role: As the Store Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our medium-sized, high-performing shop located on a busy and competitive high street. You will ensure the shop stands out by balancing retail excellence with local identity, curating fashion offers, and fostering an inclusive culture. Your leadership will empower around 30 committed volunteers, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and development.

Job Requirements: - Leadership experience in managing staff or volunteers, ideally within fashion or charity retail. - Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive retail environment. - Proficiency in IT systems including MS Office. - Ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups. - Resilient and flexible work approach in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working to targets and adapting to change.
