What will you be doing?
Develop activities suitable for volunteers to assist children to take part in eg out/indoors. Spend time with, listen to, encourage and attend to children, supporting them from and back to families/guardians (eg. at start and end of sessions). Plan a budget and child friendly programme and rota to ensure consistent involvement. Support safer recruitment, training and retention of volunteers. Support a case for support and fundraising for a children's/youth role. Engage with families and schools to meet children's needs.
