We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Database and CRM Volunteer to help manage and optimise our charity’s database systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

What will you be doing?

Manage and maintain our charity’s database and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Input, update, and organise donor, volunteer, and partner information. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and improvement. Develop and implement strategies for optimising database and CRM usage to enhance our outreach and fundraising efforts. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into donor and volunteer activities. Assist in training staff and volunteers on best practices for using the CRM system. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and policies.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in:

Managing databases and CRM systems, preferably in a nonprofit setting. Data entry, data management, and data analysis. Generating and interpreting reports to inform decision-making. Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
