About Two Generations: Two Generations is an innovative intergenerational homeshare platform that brings together older adults and younger housemates for mutual support and companionship. Our goal is to help address the challenges faced by working caregivers by providing a unique homeshare solution that supports the well-being of their elderly family members. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and proactive B2B Sales Specialist to join us as a volunteer and help drive the growth of our new Employee Benefit Scheme for corporates and benefit providers. Working with the Head of Marketing, you will identify and develop relationships with potential corporate clients, guiding them through the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing the sale. You will focus on promoting our innovative solution as a valuable benefit that supports caregivers in their workforce.  Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential corporate clients (HR departments, employee benefits managers, etc.) interested in offering innovative support for employees who are caregivers. Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, presenting Two Generations' Employee Benefit Scheme as a unique and valuable solution for supporting working caregivers. Sales Pitching: Develop tailored pitches for corporate clients, demonstrating how our homeshare model can relieve pressure on employees and improve overall well-being. Pipeline Management: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial conversation to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing deals. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activity, providing regular updates on progress toward goals.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches. Ability to work independently with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot in particular) or pipeline management systems (desirable but not essential).

Someone is able to go home from the hospital earlier because they have someone to cook and clean for them An elderly person is able to remain in their home of 50 years rather than go to a care home 

Your role will be to enable as many people as possible to benefit from our service via corporate sales.
