Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Experience engaging with trade unions and developing HR Business Partners into strategic talent and change leaders.

Save the Children UK is seeking a dynamic HR leader to join our team as the Head of People Operations and Change. This role is a maternity cover contract for approximately 14 months, starting in early March 2026.

The role: As the Head of People Operations and Change, you will collaborate closely with the Director of People to strategically evolve the People function.
