What will you be doing?
Log cash donations, count cash from collection tins and fundraising events. Distribute collection tins across the local community. Stewardship of supporters and fundraisers; log registration forms, contact new fundraisers, check in with current supporters, issue thank you letters, maintain contact database. Event preparation; updating volunteer briefings, collating event equipment, completing associated paperwork.
What are we looking for?
Good administration and IT skills including MS Office, MS PowerPoint and a range of databases. Relationship development and fundraising in a similar sized charity. (Desirable) Experience of researching appropriate grant-giving organisations. (Desirable)
