Consulting / Marketing Intern

What we offer: An opportunity to develop new skills in an encouraging environment and learn all aspects of the consulting career through hands on delivery and client contact, working alongside an ex–McKinsey consultant with many years’ experience.

Key activities will include:  

• Assisting with design and delivery of client workshops (incl. PowerPoint)
• Analysing market and client data to identify unexpected patterns and trends
• Podcast production: identifying and contacting potential guests, publicising episodes on Linked In and elsewhere
• Arranging in-person and virtual events, including finding appropriate venues and liaising with guests
• Updating website and maintaining social media presence 

Here's what is needed: 

• Positive attitude, flexible, sense of humour, willing to take initiative
• Good interpersonal manner, comfortable and relaxed on the phone and Teams / Zoom
• Perceptiveness about people and groups
• Flawless written and spoken English
• Attention to detail, able to check quality of own work
• Time-management to juggle multiple projects and events
• Ability to understand abstract concepts and apply them pragmatically to client situations
• Numerical / logic problem solving (especially with Excel)
• Microsoft Office, Squarespace, able to pick up other software tools 

Compensation: £2250 per month. (£27,000 annual equivalent)
