What will you be doing?

CASBA is a small but ambitious charity seeking a skilled web developer to finalise and upgrade our interactive online training microsite, Voices of the Parents. This course provides vital training for independent social workers supporting adults with learning disabilities. We’ve built a beta version of the microsite but need someone to uplevel it, taking ownership of the project to improve functionality and design. We lack in-house web development expertise, so we’re relying on your skills to create a polished, user-friendly platform. Your tasks will include:

Streamlining multimedia integration (videos, quizzes, writing prompts, etc.). Replacing Jamboard with a free, user-friendly whiteboard tool. Adding progress tracking and automated quiz grading to ensure users complete required tasks before advancing. Enhancing the UI/UX for a seamless, engaging experience. Setting up a paywall system for paid access. Ensuring optimization for speed, performance, and security. Providing simple documentation or training for staff to make updates.

This project is ideal for someone who can act as both a developer and project manager, making informed decisions and driving the project forward.
