We are Wildkind, an innovative and rapidly growing events business founded in 2015, known for our two market-leading outdoor events: Camp Wildfire and Camp Kindling. Our mission is to spark curiosity, encourage endeavour, and create joy, and we are committed to inspiring, challenging, and entertaining over 1 million customers worldwide. We pride ourselves on a supportive and ambitious culture, heavily investing in your growth and development.

The role we are offering is for a Customer Support & Office Assistant who will be a central part of our team. This position involves providing exceptional support to both our customers and team members, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment, and assisting with on-site event operations. You will act as the first point of contact for customer queries across various channels such as live chat, email, and social media, responding with clear, positive, and solution-focused communication. Your responsibilities will include triaging, resolving, and escalating customer issues, maintaining accurate customer information, and identifying opportunities to improve support processes.

In addition to customer support, you will provide administrative assistance to our small but growing team of approximately 12 people. This includes maintaining a well-organized office environment, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting day-to-day office operations. During live events, you will support on-site team activities, manage event offices, and respond flexibly to customer and team needs, including being on-site in staff accommodation for three weekends during August–September.

We are looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, responsible, and reliable. Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, events, or admin is beneficial but not essential, as training and support will be provided. The ideal candidate will be calm and professional when handling problems or complaints and have a genuine interest in creating positive experiences.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of four days per week in our London office. The position is full-time, with standard hours from 10:00 to 18:00, offering 35 hours per week. Benefits include a salary of £29,000 with potential for growth, private healthcare insurance, £1000 annually for learning and development, 30 days of annual leave including public holidays, and monthly team adventures and parties.

To apply, please submit a cover letter explaining your personal values, how they influence your work, your relevant experience, and which of the four Patrols you would join at our events. The application process involves a screening interview, an experience and values interview, a role-relevant task, and reference checks. We are committed to long-term career growth and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to join our team.

Please note that applications are only accepted via the online form, and we do not consider applications sent by post or email.
