We are Wildkind, an innovative events business founded in 2015, known for our two market-leading outdoor events: Camp Wildfire and Camp Kindling. Our mission is to spark curiosity, encourage endeavour, and create joy through unique experiences that inspire, challenge, and entertain over 1 million customers worldwide. We are a rapidly growing company committed to fostering a culture of ambition, support, and continuous learning, investing heavily in our team members' growth.
As our Digital & Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our brands through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to own the ticket sales strategy, developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will experiment with various digital tactics to uncover new growth pathways, blending creativity with scientific rigor to test ideas and scale successful campaigns.
Your role involves increasing return on ad spend (ROAS), improving website conversion rates, and reducing reliance on paid media by enhancing organic discovery, referral, and retention channels. You will support the launch of new experiences and products, manage and mentor the Social Media & Community Marketer, and collaborate closely with senior team members and the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities include managing advertising strategies across multiple platforms, maintaining and improving marketing analytics and attribution, developing website conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and working on SEO improvements. You will design experiments to identify growth opportunities, analyze performance data, and embed marketing into both digital and physical experiences to boost retention and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team. Proven success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns (£50k+ monthly spend), technical skills working with websites, tag managers, and data flows, and a strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools (GA, GTM, CRM/CDPs), and CRO are essential. Experience with hypothesis-driven marketing, behavioral insights, and complex campaign organization is highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary, private healthcare, annual learning and development budget, 30 days of leave including public holidays, and a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office. The role is full-time, with flexible start dates, and applications are assessed on a rolling basis.
To apply, please submit your application via our online form, including a cover letter detailing your values, culture fit, relevant experience, and any specialist skills or qualifications. We are interested in candidates who are committed to long-term growth with Wildkind and who can demonstrate their strategic and creative approach to digital marketing.
Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating inspiring events that bring joy and curiosity to communities worldwide. We look forward to your application and potentially welcoming you to our exciting journey.
