Role Summary

The role of a FutureMe Progression Coach involves providing personalized one-to-one coaching and group activities to young people, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential. Coaches also manage the ThinkForward programme within schools and local communities, ensuring quality and impact, and maintaining successful relationships with partner schools and businesses.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with young people, managing day-to-day relationships with schools, sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance programme effectiveness, and contributing to business relationships linked to the school.
ThinkForward offers a range of employee benefits including annual leave, additional leave days, a commitment to personal development, and more. This full-time, permanent position is based in Margate, Kent, with a starting salary of £31,327 per annum. The role requires access to a vehicle and starts in February/March 2026.
