Role Summary

• As a Growth Principal, you will be critical to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• You'll also be responsible for researching and analyzing sectors across the digital public realm to discover potential clients, generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle.
• This position starts with direct reporting to the CEO and transitions into our Client Services team.

Role Requirements

• We are looking for a motivated self-starter with at least 5 years experience in B2B sales, ideally in the technology sector.
• The successful candidate should possess a hunter mentality, extraordinary self-motivation, and resilience.
• Strong analytical and research skills are highly necessary, as well as proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

The role As a Growth Principal focused on Business Development, you will play a critical role in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business in priority sectors where we see strong potential for growth. This role will initially report into the CEO before moving into our Client Services team. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing priority sectors across the digital public realm to identify viable new clients, generating leads, and managing the full sales cycle.

Job requirements We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting business development professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology. You should have a hunter mentality, exceptional self-motivation, drive, and resilience, along with strong analytical and research capabilities. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot is expected.
