This is a unique chance to join us as a Sales & Community Lead for DACH, a dual role that combines commercial and cultural elements for our mission of growth and sustainability.

Role Summary:

  • Grow Vivobarefoot's presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Manage key retail accounts and grow the Vivo Pro/affiliate network.
  • Develop alternate offline sales and brand touchpoints.


Role Requirements:

  • Deliver the DACH wholesale sales plan aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through key and new partners.
  • Grow relationships with retailers specializing in outdoor, barefoot-lifestyle, and health-focused products.
  • Support joint business planning and growth while ensuring partners understand our product philosophy and education.


Additionally, successful candidates will get the opportunity to work closely with central community and marketing teams, grow the Vivo Pro/affiliate program, and support local activations and community-led brand moments.

The role: As the Sales & Community Lead for DACH, you will be responsible for growing Vivobarefoot's commercial presence and community ecosystem across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role blends wholesale sales, partner leadership, and community development. You will manage key retail accounts, grow our Vivo Pro / affiliate network, and develop alternative offline sales and brand touchpoints such as gyms, clinics, movement spaces, and wellness centres. You are both a commercial owner and a cultural steward, ensuring growth stays aligned with Vivobarefoot's purpose, values, and long-term vision.

Job requirements: You will own and deliver the DACH wholesale sales plan in line with global objectives, drive sustainable revenue growth through key accounts and carefully chosen new partners, and lead seasonal sell-in, forecasting, and order planning. Building deep relationships with outdoor, barefoot-specialist, lifestyle, and health-focused retailers is crucial. You will also act as a trusted partner to accounts, supporting joint business planning and growth, and ensure partners understand and represent Vivobarefoot's product philosophy and barefoot education.
