Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in tech companies
- Knowledgeable in key HR areas: Onboarding, labour laws, Talent Attraction, People Analytics
- Fluency in English and at least a B2 level in German

The role: As a Senior PeopleOps Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing People projects that enhance both candidate and employee experiences. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, maintaining accurate personal data and HR records, and improving HR processes and tools for efficiency and user-friendliness. You will also participate in strategic people and culture projects, with opportunities to lead them.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in tech companies, and be knowledgeable in key HR areas such as onboarding, German and other countries' labor laws, Talent Attraction, and People Analytics. Fluency in English and at least a B2 level in German are required. We value flexibility, the willingness to take risks, and the ability to learn from mistakes.
