Role Summary

  • Provide first and second-line IT support.

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role within an ITIL-based service environment.
  • Technical expertise on desktop and mobile hardware, operating systems, and modern workplace technologies such as Office 365.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading hardware.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

The role: As a Service & Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Digital, Data and Technology team. Your main responsibilities will include providing first and second-line IT support, managing incidents and service requests according to our service level agreements. You will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and handle troubleshooting for our staff, ensuring efficient and continuous operation.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role within an ITIL-based service environment. Strong technical knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware, operating systems, and modern workplace technologies such as Office 365 is essential. Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading hardware is also required. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users are crucial.
