What will you be doing?

The Spiritual Arts Foundation is a unique UK arts organisation dedicated to promoting the spiritual exploration of artistic expression. We believe in the transformative power of spirituality and the arts to inspire individuals and communities. Our organisation has over 100 professional creative members, including artists, authors, composers, singer-songwriters, filmmakers, and producers, 1500+ members within our Spiritual Creatives social network and a rapidly expanding volunteer management team of more than 70 writers, marketers, art historians, social media and digital marketing experts. Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary fundraising professional who will spearhead our income generation efforts with creativity, tenacity, and strategic insight. This leadership role is pivotal in our organisations success. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging diverse channels including individual giving, events, trusts, foundations, institutions, and corporate partnerships. Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate leaders, foundations, and community partners. Effectively engage and influence stakeholders to secure major gifts and partnerships. Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to secure new funding opportunities through innovative approaches, including cold approaches and leveraging existing networks. Public Engagement: Develop compelling proposals and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, effectively communicating our impact and inspiring support. Why work with us?

What are we looking for?

Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years in professional fundraising, with a proven track record of success across multiple income streams including major gifts, events, trusts, and corporate fundraising. Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic fundraising plans that drive organizational growth. Influence and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including donors, board members, and external partners. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling proposals and presentations. Commitment to Mission: Passion for our mission and values, with a demonstrated commitment to making a positive impact in the community and beyond. Leadership and Teamwork: Proven experience leading and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
