- Role Requirements:
- 5+ years in a direct, revenue-generating role, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience and network within the Middle East property market.
- Understanding of regional real estate trends.

As part of expansion in the Middle East, we’re looking for a Head of Business Development, as the first in region representative to super charge our growth in the region. This role will be based out of Dubai with the expectation of travel across the region. If you’re a resourceful entrepreneur at heart with business development and relationship-building skills, a strong work ethic, and you enjoy the challenge of closing a deal and building a successful business, we would like to meet you.
Your role will involve building relationships with key advocates and partner organisations in the market, growing awareness of and advocacy for WiredScore, representing WiredScore on panels and at industry events, and leading end-to-end business development and sales for the Middle East market.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a direct revenue-generating role, with a track record of delivering results, experience working within the real estate industry, with experience of working in the region, including strong network, and knowledge of the key trends within the property market.
