What will you be doing?

As Treasurer, you’ll ensure our financial operations and governance are strong while helping drive our strategic development. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring Compliance: Oversee legal obligations with Companies House, the Charity Commission, and HMRC. Maintaining Financial Records: Ensure accurate records for management, legal requirements, and funder reporting. Driving Financial Management: Collaborate with the board, staff, and accountants to develop plans, monitor performance, and secure funding.

Your financial expertise will be crucial in helping us expand, enabling more young people to access the transformative power of music. What We’re Looking For:

Financial acumen and governance experience. Passion for supporting young people and the arts. Bonus: Experience as a Company Secretary is a plus!
