Role Summary
- Lead the strategic account management for the Northeast Territory.
- Engage key accounts to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Drive the expansion of client relationships through on-selling and up-selling.
- Strategically close deals ranging from $50k to $3m with a 6 to 12+ month sales cycle.
Role Requirements
- A proven track record in consultative enterprise B2B sales, new business acquisition, and account growth.
- 15+ years of experience selling B2B services with a consultative approach.
- Strong ability to influence transactional buyers and functional leaders.
- A history of meeting or exceeding financial targets, with past quotas of $2-3 million+.
- Self-motivated to build a business segment with a high degree of autonomy.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $160,000 - $185,000, plus commission.
- Salary is commensurate with experience, location, skills, and qualifications.

Role Summary
An expert in all things people (performance management, management development, diversity, equity & inclusion etc.), presenting Mind Gym’s point of view to customers so that it provokes and excites. Taking ownership of strategic account management, our VPs navigate complex and matrixed environments to gain consensus across multiple buyers; all while proposing suitable solutions from Mind Gym’s unique and innovative service offerings.
Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities focusing on the expansion of Mind Gym’s key accounts and net new client growth.
- Expand Mind Gym’s warm accounts by on-selling & up-selling.
- Understand where the value is created in your accounts and equip your clients to build consensus with the people in their business who count and can lead to action.
- Close deals from $50k-$3m, with an average sales cycle of 6 to 12+ months.
Critical Attributes
- Demonstrable experience in consultative enterprise B2B sales, securing new business, and growing existing accounts.
- Ownership of the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
Essential Qualifications
- Consultative seller with 15+ years experience selling an “intellectual” B2B service, securing new business, and growing existing accounts.
- Ability to influence transactional buyers/functional leaders.
- Consistently meets or exceeds financial goals.
- Drive to build your part of the business semi-autonomously.
KPIs
- 2-3+ million+ quota targets in past roles.
Base salary range: $160,000 - $185,000 + Commission
