Role Summary
- Design and execute strategic account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Create personalized, multi-channel campaigns to engage professional partners.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align ABM strategies with company goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights for account prioritization and campaign refinement.
- Lead experiments to test and scale new acquisition strategies.
- Manage ABM tools and platforms integrated with Salesforce, Pardot, and Looker.
Role Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on ABM or customer engagement.
- A track record of successful ABM campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including ABM tools and CRMs like Salesforce.
- Experience in the home services or tech industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of StoryBrand framework, an MBA, or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a virtual-first, remote environment.

About the Role
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Design personalized, multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, direct mail, social media, and in-app experiences to engage pros effectively.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align ABM strategies with company goals and create tailored sales playbooks and marketing collateral.
- Use data and insights to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize accounts, and refine campaigns for maximum impact.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Lead experiments to test new acquisition strategies and scale successful initiatives across key markets.
- Manage ABM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, Pardot, Looker, and other Martech systems.
What you'll need

- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on account-based marketing or customer engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing ABM campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize marketing programs.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to align efforts and drive results.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including ABM tools, marketing automation systems, and CRMs like Salesforce.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in the home services or tech industries.
- Familiarity with Donald Miller’s StoryBrand framework for crafting clear, customer-centric messaging.
- An MBA or related certifications in ABM, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Experience working in a virtual-first, remote environment.

For candidates living in San Francisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, or Seattle metros, the expected salary range for the role is currently $128,700 - $157,300.
For candidates living in Austin, TX or Washington DC metros or in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Washington states, the expected salary range for the role is currently $115,800 - $141,600.
For candidates living in all other US locations, the expected salary range for this role is currently $109,400 - $133,800. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
