The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity which works across the spectrum of human health, the environment and animal welfare. We campaign for change, we support farming innovation, we serve healthy food in communities, we support and grow the organic market, and we protect forests. We couldn't do any of this without our supporters, partners, donors and dedicated staff. We make a difference in the world where it’s needed the most.

The role entails joining our ambitious fundraising team and playing a vital role in donor care and administration of our charity membership scheme. Our members and supporters are at the heart of our work and you’ll be the first point of contact and the voice of the Soil Association membership scheme. This means you’ll quickly gain a deep appreciation of why we have such a loyal supporter base.

Job requirements include a strong customer service background both in writing and by telephone. You will have extensive experience of database administration and financial processing. As well as experience of working in a busy administration role with competing deadlines. Someone who enjoys being on the phone and has experience of dealing with an organizations supporters or members is ideal.
