- Drive the acquisition of mid-market homecare providers.

The Role: As a Mid-market Account Executive at Birdie, you will drive our acquisition of mid-market homecare providers. You will engage with both executives and operational staff to understand their challenges, assess our fit to support them, and forge new partnerships. You will own our mid-market sales process, and work with our SDR team, Customer Success team, and sales & marketing leadership to evolve our go-to-market strategy.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with an outstanding B2B sales track record, preferably with SaaS experience. Social care or health experience is desired but not required. You should be an excellent communicator, committed to self-development, organised, and able to set and follow processes to prioritise effectively. You should be comfortable with an ambiguous, changing, energetic, start-up working environment.
