About Voy Voy is a health brand within MANUAL's suite of products and services, with ambitious plans to become a major player in the weight loss industry. We offer a clinically backed weight loss program that combines behavioural science with cutting-edge medication, delivering life-changing results to our customers and helping them sustain those outcomes.

About the Role As part of a high-performing team of marketers, commercial directors, and product managers, you will take ownership of several paid marketing channels, with a primary focus on paid social. Your mission will be to drive growth in our weight loss category by building, testing, and scaling innovative marketing strategies. This role involves managing a significant paid advertising budget.

Job requirements Must-Have Technical Skills: At least 2-3 years of experience managing paid advertising for an in-house brand. Proven success in scaling paid social campaigns. Experience working with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives using a data-driven approach. Background in high-growth environments with a strong track record of driving results.
