Humaans is redefining the HRIS landscape by supporting globally distributed organizations with a flexible data model, deep integrations, and AI-powered tools. We simplify HR processes by automating manual work, reducing compliance risks, and enhancing the employee experience. Our platform reduces ongoing administrative work by 65% and onboarding time by an average of 55%. To date, we’ve raised $20 million in VC funding from some of the biggest names in tech.

The role entails owning and scaling key marketing efforts, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and drives measurable results. This role is varied, fast-paced, and central to shaping Humaans as the go-to HRIS for Mid-Market companies that care about both their people and data. You will have a unique opportunity to experiment and help us figure out the right channels to scale our marketing engine.

Job requirements include 4-6 years in Marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in social media, content, SEO, email, and paid ads. You're creative but make data-driven decisions, and have a proven track record of campaigns that drive measurable results. Exceptional copywriting skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new challenges while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
